A 5 year workmanship warranty will be standard with any installation.

Treated Lumber Limited Warranty:

We will replace at no cost any treated lumber that severely cracks, or warps within the first year.

Limited Warranty Conditions:

1.) Homeowner must weather proof the deck/fence/other within 90 days of installation, weather permitting.

2.) Warranty VOID if deck/fence/or other is not properly maintained

3.) Warranty VOID if intentionally abused.

4.) Warranty VOID if deck/ fence/other is structurely altered in ANY way.

5.) Warranty VOID if deck/fence/other is damaged by severe weather.
